The Room-Bill can be paid during your stay only in Cash.

Deposit: 

With your written reservation we require a bank deposit of the 30%  from the total price.

The reservation is valid only after receiving the deposit of 30%.

 Cancellation:

It‘ uncomfortable for everyone .

- In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained and credited for one year, valid from the date booked
- in case of cancellation from 30 days before arrival 50% of the total amount
- in case of cancellation 14 days before arrival 70% of the total amount
- in case of cancellation 3 days before arrival 90% of the total amount

- in case of no-show or early departure 100% of the total amount will be charged

Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip.

With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.

Pick-up service: When you arrive without a car, we will gladly pick you up at the bus station of Nova Levante or at the railway station of Bolzano (pre-registration is required)
